How do I upgrade to VIP?
Open the app and navigate to Profile → Subscription. Choose your preferred plan and complete the payment process. Your VIP features will be activated immediately.
How do trading signals work?
Our AI analyzes market data in real-time to identify potential trading opportunities. When a signal is generated, you'll receive a notification with entry point, target prices, and stop-loss recommendations.
How do I enable push notifications?
Go to Profile → Settings and enable "Push Notifications". Make sure your device settings also allow notifications from Sindex AI. For channel-specific alerts, toggle the bell icon on any channel.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Go to Profile → Subscription → Manage Subscription. Your VIP access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
